With its Tapisserie dial, integrated bracelet and octagonal bezel, the Royal Oak is one of the most iconic styles of all watches produced over the past half century. Despite starting the steel revolution in luxury sports watches, Audemars Piguet did not shy away from precious metals and exclusive materials, including gold, platinum, titanium and ceramics. While this is by no means the first Royal Oak made of ceramic – not even the first Swiss Replica Audemars Piguet Royal Oak perpetual calendar made of ceramic – it is the first time Audemars Piguet has made a case and bracelet entirely in blue ceramic.

For this version, Audemars Piguet opted for a case diameter of 41mm, a thickness of 9.5mm and an impressive water resistance of 20 meters. In many ways, ceramic is an ideal material for watches because it is lightweight and resistant to scratches and wear. And, if you really know what you’re doing, it can produce a wide range of shades. However, this material is uncommon for good reason. Producing a ceramic watch is challenging; it involves heating a zirconium oxide (ZrO2) powder and a few secret ingredients to extremely high temperatures, then molding it, and finishing this notoriously difficult material by hand.

In this case, the result is a stunning blue hand-finished by Le Brassus artisans, offering the same satin brushed and polished chamfers that create the signature Audemars Piguet Replica Watches shimmer. While it’s easy to be drawn to the vibrant blue case and bracelet, we can’t forget that this is a perpetual calendar after all. Audemars Piguet has made sure the dial is as impressive as the case, using a colour-matched PVD blue hue on its Grande Tapisserie dial, sub-dial and inner bezel.

Applied indexes and faceted hands are 18k white gold and filled with luminous material. Three calendar dials and moon phases provide symmetry on the dial and provide the wearer with hour, minute, day, date, day of the week, month, astronomical moon and leap year information. The Cheap Audemars Piguet Replica is powered by the Calibre 5134 movement. 5134 takes into account not only the number of days in each month, but also the date of leap years, and no manual adjustment is required for nearly 80 years. The 5134 is a newer Audemars Piguet movement that, despite some complications, is only 4.3mm thick, making the entire case 9.5mm in size. The movement has 38 jewels, a 40-hour power reserve and a 19.8 bph skeleton rotor.

The watch has a perpetual calendar and it’s in brand new blue ceramic, no doubt the price will be stratospheric, and it’s Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Replica blue ceramic. That is if you can manage to get one first. Another colourful ceramic-cased Royal Oak followed, such as the iridescent Royal Oak and Equalizer Dial Royal Oak Offshore Music Edition in collaboration with Carolina Bucci. Now that Audemars Piguet has added blue to their ceramic palette, we’ll have to wait and see how far the brand is willing to go in exploring new, vibrant ceramics.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Diver Replica Watches

Instead of the more common external rotating bezel, the Diver has a rotating flange on the periphery of the dial operating by the ceramic crown at 11 o’clock.

It started with a basic 42 mm wide model in steel, unsurprisingly, but that was followed up with variants in carbon composite cases with ceramic bezels, and subsequently even cases entirely in white or black ceramic. Audemars Piguet Replica Introducing the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar in Titanium

The present generation of the Cheap Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Replica was introduced 2015. It featured the all-new caliber AP 5134, based directly on its predecessor, the Calibre 2120. Impressively the 2120 was an ultra-thin calibre that remained in production for just about three decades. The primary difference between the 2120 and the later, 5134 is the inclusion of a week indicator.

This generation of the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar has since helped usher in the resurgence of a desire for yellow gold, it has seen the birth of the first fully black ceramic Audemars Piguet Replica Watches with a black ceramic bracelet and, most recently, in the same black ceramic case and bracelet, the open-worked variation of the calibre 5134, the calibre 5135.

From yellow gold, to black ceramic — even white ceramic in 2019 — it was quite surprising that AP had yet to put the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar in the modem metal of choice, titanium.
